Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrenchLink. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable Use

TrenchLink is an open-source intelligence (OSINT) research platform intended for lawful investigative, research, journalistic, legal, corporate security, and fraud prevention purposes.

You agree NOT to use TrenchLink to:

• Stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten any individual
• Investigate individuals without a lawful basis or legitimate professional purpose
• Violate any applicable privacy laws including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, or FCRA
• Conduct surveillance of individuals based on protected characteristics including race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or political beliefs
• Compile dossiers on private individuals for non-professional personal use
• Facilitate discrimination, doxxing, or the unauthorized exposure of private information
• Attempt to circumvent platform security, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

TrenchLink is NOT a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Results from TrenchLink may not be used to make decisions about consumer credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@trenchlink.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

TrenchLink offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@trenchlink.io within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting admin@trenchlink.io.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrenchLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or current. OSINT data is inherently imperfect. Do not rely solely on TrenchLink results for any consequential decision.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrenchLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
